Event At A Glance

June is National Men's Health Month and African American Music Appreciation Month (Black Music Month). Manpower brings together all the components of health and wellness. Health refers to a state where the physical body is free from disease, while wellness refers to an overall balance of a person's physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental and occupational well-being. We celebrate National Men's Month and Black Music Month together to intensify healing and/or rejuvenation of the mind, body, and soul. The activities are for the entire family as well as individuals, clubs, groups, social and civic organizations.
This year we kickoff with a 5K/1K run/walk.
